The company provides trusted pharmaceuticals to customers across incomes from convenient locations – with a total reach of 1.2 million people.

 

The Challenge

GoodLife has grown rapidly, adding new stores in Kenya and Uganda. The company has multiple teams across these two countries and wanted to strengthen employee communication skills, customer service, and maintain strong company culture.

 

The Solutions

1 – Customer Service training: We are training managers and junior staff on key service principles , to make sure all team members provide an excellent customer experience.
2 – Management Skills Training: We are training managers in communication skills, leadership, and ownership, to help them manage growing teams.

 

 

The Results

We have successfully trained 64 staff members on customer service in 2 months and aim to reach 150 by September 2015.
