This a 4-day training series for our clients that are seeking longer term engagements for significant impact. It involves a deeper engagement with Spire of upfront and post-training support (see next slide). The 4 days of training are delivered over an agreed period of time, but typically last up to 6 months. This training series is further categorised to reflect the various job levels: Frontline (Junior) staff, Manager & Senior Leader Training.
