This a 4-day training series for our clients that are seeking longer term engagements for significant impact. It involves a deeper engagement with Spire of upfront and post-training support (see next slide). The 4 days of training are delivered over an agreed period of time, but typically last up to 6 months. This training series is further categorised to reflect the various job levels: Frontline (Junior) staff, Manager & Senior Leader Training.

Our Process

Spire believes that long-term engagement creates lasting change. It is for this reason that we seek to engage with our clients as their prefered long-term training partner. For these longer engagements, we spend more time getting to know your team and their specific needs and style. We dig deep into your internal culture to make sure that our language, frameworks and tools align with your existing structures.

In between subsequent in-person sessions, trainees are encouraged to practice the skills learnt while on the job. We support ongoing practice through guided practice plans and manager follow-ups.

Post Training Support

Spire provides ongoing support to trainees and their managers  to ensure that the training translates into on the job practice. The support come in the form of Guided practice plans  and through provision of online support resources.

Impact Of Our Training

To determine the impact of training on employee performance, Spire measures impact on trainee and manager level. We use feedback from trainees and their managers to evaluate the relevance, understanding and application of concepts to trainee’s work. In addition to measuring learning and performance impact, we work with companies to define the business metrics that matter most to them and track how training is tied to improvement.
